Gasteroprod se consacre à la promotion des activités culturelles, à l'organisation de concerts et spectacles, ainsi qu'au développement d'artistes. En tant qu'association transfrontalière entre la France et la Suisse, elle soutient des projets artistiques et des actions sociales, favorisant ainsi la médiation socioculturelle.
